How the Workshop Works
Acting involves creative development of one's mental, physical and vocal skills to create a believable character. The Actors Workshop provides the training and environment for such development.

Emphasis is placed on preparing the actor for auditioning for stage and film through monologue, scene and improvisational exercises.

Read Bob's Book:
MONOLOGUES FOR THE SERIOUS ACTOR

IMGOver the course of the past decade, I have been asked by actors-both in my Actors Workshop and in the theater community generally-for monologues whose character they can fully inhabit. The monologues in this book are stand-alone ministories. The characters are varied; their stories range from silly comedy to the darkest drama. They are intended to stretch the actor and give him or her the opportunity to become the person who is speaking.
